bc9999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bc9999" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" — refers to the legal entity holding the international gaming licence under which bc9999.ws operates, including all subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, and authorised operators of the platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the bc9999 website accessible at bc9999.ws, including all pages, sub-domains, services, game lobbies, cashier facilities, and support functions made available therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform, identified by a unique username and password combination.
• "Balance" — refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or any supported cryptocurrency equivalent as displayed in the cashier.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to non-withdrawable promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements as specified in applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process mandated by bc9999's licensing authority, which requires a Player to submit valid identity documents before withdrawals are processed.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all gaming, betting, cashier, support, promotional, and account management functions provided through the Platform.

By completing the bc9999 account registration process, by clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, or by using any Service offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all interactions between you and bc9999, including but not limited to account registration, login, depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, withdrawing funds, and contacting bc9999's support team. Access to the Platform for any purpose constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

To access real-money Services on bc9999, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under a false or borrowed identity, is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — must be accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if it changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bc9999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must not allow any third party, including family members, to access or use your bc9999 Account. All gameplay must be conducted by the registered Account holder personally.
• bc9999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including upon registration, before processing withdrawals, or in response to suspicious Account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or gameplay) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bc9999 will contact you at your registered email address prior to any action being taken on a dormant Account.

Use of bc9999's Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account on the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement applies regardless of any lower statutory minimum that may exist in your jurisdiction of residence. bc9999 applies the higher standard of 21+ as a matter of platform policy and licensing obligation.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and betting activities in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering an Account on bc9999.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or in which bc9999 is prohibited from providing its Services by virtue of its licensing terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have an active self-exclusion from the bc9999 Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of bc9999 or any affiliate, game provider, software vendor, or marketing partner of bc9999.

bc9999 supports a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, general bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency options. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bc9999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder will be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically possible. This anti-money laundering requirement is non-negotiable and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. bc9999 will not process any withdrawal from an Account that has not completed the full identity verification process, regardless of the amount requested.
• bc9999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to the processing timelines of the receiving payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, often completing within a few hours during business days.
• bc9999 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of its AML compliance programme.
• Any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal initiated by a Player through their bank or mobile wallet provider without bc9999's consent constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and recovery proceedings for any amounts withdrawn prior to the chargeback.
• All transactions are processed in PKR where the payment method supports it. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

bc9999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional gamblers, matched bettors, and individuals who in bc9999's reasonable judgment are exploiting promotional structures for guaranteed profit rather than recreational gaming may be excluded from promotions or have bonus awards voided.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household address, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings attributable to bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited automatically upon expiry.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to certain live dealer tables, sports betting accumulators, and specific slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. The contribution schedule is stated in each promotion's terms.
• bc9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been claimed and for which wagering is in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bc9999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in the Account, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated bonus abuse, or sharing cards or betting information in real time.
• Exploitation of any software error, glitch, or vulnerability to obtain an advantage. Players who discover a software error are required to report it to bc9999's support team immediately and must not exploit it. Any winnings attributable to a software error are void.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity conducted through or in connection with a bc9999 Account. bc9999 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under its AML programme.
• Impersonating another individual, registering with false identity documents, or providing any materially inaccurate information during the Account registration or KYC process.
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction where bc9999's Services are not permitted, or using VPN, proxy, or other IP obfuscation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account or accessing the Platform via a third party's Account during an active exclusion period.

All content on the bc9999 Platform — including but not limited to the bc9999 brand name, logos, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, user interface design, text, and database structure — is the proprietary intellectual property of bc9999 or is used by bc9999 under licence from the respective game providers or rights holders.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of bc9999's intellectual property, including scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of content from the Platform, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal liability.

bc9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. As part of bc9999's international licensing obligations, the following responsible gaming terms apply to all Accounts:

• Every Player has the right to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits on their Account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which they will be unable to deposit or place bets on the Platform. Cooling-off requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Players may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. No new accounts may be registered under the same identity during an active self-exclusion period.
• bc9999 reserves the right to suspend any Account where the Platform's responsible gaming monitoring systems identify patterns indicative of problem gambling, and to require the Player to engage with bc9999's responsible gaming team before the Account is reinstated.
• Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings or to contact bc9999's support team directly via live chat for assistance.

bc9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request by bc9999's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the Account.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4, including underage registration.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a bank or payment provider in connection with a deposit made to the Account.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, bc9999 will retain any balance held in the Account during the investigation period. Upon conclusion of the investigation, bc9999 will either reinstate the Account or, if the suspension is converted to a permanent closure, will process a refund of any legitimately deposited real-money funds remaining in the Account, net of any bonuses and subject to AML verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bc9999 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses from games of chance, sports betting, or any other wagering activity.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, software malfunctions, or temporary unavailability of any portion of the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by bc9999's compliance team in connection with KYC verification, Account suspension, bonus voiding, or withdrawal processing.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or bonus calculations resulting from a clearly identifiable technical error, where bc9999 reserves the right to void affected bets or transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bc9999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by bc9999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bc9999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by bc9999's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by bc9999's licensing authority.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are required to submit a complaint through bc9999's internal complaints procedure. bc9999 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and will aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. bc9999's internal complaints team can be contacted via live chat or by email at the address specified in Section 14 of these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bc9999 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

bc9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bc9999 will notify registered Players by email to their registered email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the amendment.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the current version of the Terms in effect. Previous versions are archived and available upon written request to bc9999's support team.
